Insights Leader, Ecce Insights LLC
David has spent more than 25 years turning messy enterprise data into decisions, first at Microsoft, then at Amazon, and now for his own clients. The throughline is the same idea Ecce Insights is built on: bring disparate data sets into a central source of truth, then make it tell the business something it did not already know.
At Amazon he managed data engineering for Devices & Services Finance and led the common reporting platform behind the Devices business: one set of numbers, drawn from many sources, serving teams across the company. At Microsoft he ran worldwide retail revenue planning and forecasting, and built the first data quality metrics for MS Sales.
That mix is deliberate. Enough finance to know which number actually matters, and enough engineering to build the thing that produces it.
